Welcome to Bills & Subs Tracker ("App", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

If you use Bills & Subs Tracker to manage business or shared budgets (e.g., employee salaries, splitting rent), you are solely responsible for the legal validity of those numbers. Bills & Subs Tracker only serves as a tool to log data. We are not a bank, accounting firm, or legal entity responsible for the distribution of real funds or taxes.

4. User Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (Google/Apple login). Although we implement advanced security measures including Biometric Locks (Face ID/Touch ID) within the app, any activity that occurs from your account is your responsibility.

Data is stored securely on Google Firebase Firestore. An active internet connection is occasionally required to sync offline data.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide Bills & Subs Tracker "as is" without any express or implied warranties. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or performance of the app (e.g., missed bill payments if a push notification is delayed by the OS).

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use Bills & Subs Tracker following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
