Welcome to BillAlert ("App", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the application.
2. Free Plan & Pro Subscriptions
BillAlert provides both free and optional subscription tiers:
- Basic Plan: Track up to 10 recurring items with push and email notifications. Supported by unobtrusive advertisements.
- Pro Plan: Unlimited tracking, ad-free experience, custom recurrence engines, and advanced analytics. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat.
3. Disclaimer of Financial Advice
BillAlert is an organization and tracking utility only. We do not provide banking, tax, investment, or legal financial advice. You remain solely responsible for executing actual payments to your service providers and landlords.
4. Limitation of Liability
BillAlert is provided "as is" without warranty. While our reminder architecture utilizes redundant local push and cloud email notifications, we cannot be held liable for missed due dates resulting from device power states, OS background kill policies, or network outages.
