At BillAlert, we strictly prioritize your privacy. We collect only what is necessary to deliver your subscription reminders:
- Account Information: Your email address and basic profile info provided during Google or Apple sign-in.
- Financial Data: Metadata regarding budgets, categories, and subscription renewal dates. We never store credit card numbers—subscriptions are processed by RevenueCat.
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, and push notification tokens to deliver timely alert pings.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used strictly to operate and maintain your account:
- Synchronize bills across your devices using Cloud Firestore.
- Deliver local push notifications and automated email reminders for upcoming due dates.
- Analyze anonymous crash diagnostics using Firebase Crashlytics to keep the app bug-free.
3. Zero Bank Credential Policy
BillAlert never asks for or stores online banking logins, passwords, or credit card numbers. Your financial privacy is completely protected on your device.
4. Your Rights & Account Deletion
You have full authority over your data. You can export or permanently delete your account and all associated records directly inside the app settings at any time.
