1. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use BillAlert on your mobile devices for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, or commercially exploit the App.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice of BillAlert or its affiliates.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features require an optional Pro subscription. All billing is handled via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BillAlert or HORIZAM be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
