End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Bills & Subs Tracker for the use of the Bills & Subs Tracker mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the App.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the App.
- Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Bills & Subs Tracker or its affiliates.
3. Intellectual Property
The App, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of Bills & Subs Tracker.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of the App require a premium subscription. All payments are handled via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5. Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Bills & Subs Tracker. We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Bills & Subs Tracker expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Bills & Subs Tracker be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to your use of or inability to use the App.
8. Governing Law
The laws of the jurisdiction in which Bills & Subs Tracker operates, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the App.
